Submitted tracks must be original works created by the applicant using AI tools, and must not infringe on any third‑party rights (including copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, or any other applicable rights).
Please ensure that no copyrighted audio, samples, or data belonging to others is used without permission.
If your track is registered with a copyright collective management organization (such as ASCAP, BMI, PRS for Music, GEMA, or similar societies), or if there are usage restrictions on platforms such as YouTube or streaming services, you must disclose this at the time of submission.
Radio441 is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between the applicant and third parties regarding the submitted work.
2. Permission for Use and Distribution
By submitting your track, you grant Radio441 permission to feature your work across the following platforms and programs:
- Radio441 Podcast (audio and video editions)
- AI Wave live streaming
- FreedomRadio (STATIONHEAD) live sessions
- Artist introduction pages on the Radio441 website
- Special programs and other content produced by Radio441
Credits
Your artist name, track title, and relevant links will always be credited when your work is featured.
Tracks will not be edited or altered without prior confirmation.
Published Content
Once a track has been featured or published, it will remain available under the terms that applied at the time of release.
Previously published content will not be retroactively altered or removed.
3. Handling of Submitted Data
Submitted audio files and information will be used solely for review, communication, and content production related to Radio441.
Personal information (such as email addresses) will be securely managed and will not be shared with third parties without permission.
4. Updates to These Terms
The legal landscape surrounding AI‑generated works is evolving.
For this reason, these Terms & Conditions may be updated in the future to reflect new laws or industry standards.
However, any content already published will remain under the terms that applied at the time of release and will not be changed or removed.
5. Agreement by Submission
By completing the submission process, you are considered to have agreed to all terms stated on this page.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from submitting your work.
